This is a video of three parts - part one, HTC U11 hands-on, part two, vegan spritz cookies (4:07) and part three (06:44), a reminder as to what you should know about the impact your smartphone has on the world. Let's start with the HTC U11, the latest flagship from HTC. Loaded up with a 5.5-inch QuadHD display, as well as a Qualcomm Snapdragon 835 and either 64GB or 128GB storage, it's a flagship on paper. It also has striking design, similar to the U Ultra before it, but this time around it's available in two new colours, Solar Red and Amazing Blue.
Why the squeezed vegan spritz cookies? Because, thanks to Edge Sense, the HTC U11 has sensors on the side that detect a squeeze, so you can input commands without even interfacing with the screen or a button.
You can buy it for the price of £679 and it will be available in the UK from June.
