Send us a screenshot of “About This Mac” and we will confirm the model, the repair route and the price before anything starts.
How it works
Pick the repair you need, or book a fixed-price diagnosis if the issue is not fully clear yet.
We match the exact model and confirm the right display panel, battery, keyboard or charging part before work starts.
Bring it to Liverpool Street or send it tracked from anywhere in the UK. We do not touch your data or factory reset the machine.
We bench-test brightness, colour, charging, ports and the rest of the hardware before it leaves us.
Why our screen repair costs what it costs
That means the display itself keeps the correct brightness, colour and finish. The outer lid and housing stay original unless they are separately damaged and quoted for.
Third-party panel
Looks similar in a photo. Feels different the moment the machine turns on.
Genuine display panel
This is the route for customers who want the screen to look and feel right again.
If you want a more cost-effective route, we can sometimes source a genuine secondhand screen. Contact us and we will talk through the options without pushing the page in a cheaper-looking direction.
The MacBook screen is not a cheap outer layer of glass. The genuine display panel itself accounts for most of the price because that is where the brightness, colour and overall finish come from. The outer lid and housing are only a separate cost if they are also damaged.
No. That is exactly why we avoid cheap third-party panels. A genuine display panel gives you the correct brightness, colour response and overall finish instead of the colder or flatter look people notice on lower-cost alternatives.
No. Screen, battery, charging and trackpad repairs are hardware repairs. We do not factory reset the machine as part of those jobs, although we still recommend a backup beforehand as sensible housekeeping.
Not at all. Use the finder, send us “About This Mac”, or book diagnosis. We can confirm the exact machine, the correct repair route and the right price before anything starts.
In-stock screens are often fitted the same day for walk-ins, while older or less common models can take longer if the correct genuine panel has to be ordered. Mail-in turnaround is normally the next working day after the machine arrives with us.
Sometimes, yes. If a genuine secondhand screen is available, we can price that separately. We keep it off the main page because we do not want to muddy the premium repair route for everyone else.
