      It describes an assembly option. Use the verified origin and display details in the chosen Motorola repair description rather than inferring quality from that label.

      Use the full finder or model search. If the required Motorola repair is not listed, ask about that exact handset before travelling or sending it.

      Which Edge 50 screen repair should I choose?

      Keep Ultra, Pro, Fusion or Neo in the full model name. These are separate handsets with their own screen options. Match your phone using settings or its box, then read the assembly and colour choice on the selected repair.

      Are all Motorola replacement parts genuine?

      Part origin varies by the repair offer. Read the model-specific description for the actual part supplied. A compatible part must not be described as genuine, and an assembly label alone does not establish origin. Ask if the chosen option is unclear.

      Can I book a Razr cover screen like a normal phone screen?

      Choose the exact Razr and the outer cover-screen service where listed. It is different from the folding inner display. The inner display has 3 months of repair cover and the outer screen has 12 months, and foldable work is not offered as walk-in Express.

      For a Razr, describe which display is damaged and any hinge symptoms. Inner screen repairs have a 3-month warranty; outer cover-screen repairs have 12 months. Walk-in Express does not apply to foldables; the selected Razr service determines its parts and repair arrangements.

      Edge 50 models need their full names

      Edge 50 Ultra, Pro, Fusion and Neo appear in our repair sales, but are separate handsets. Use the complete name on the box or in settings. The screen option, frame colour and fitting arrangement for an Ultra should not be assumed to apply to a Fusion.

      Choosing a Moto G repair

      Include Power, Plus or the full G-series number where it appears. Describe unwanted touches, visible cracks and charging behaviour separately. If the phone reacts differently with a particular charger, tell us before selecting a screen replacement; a symptom alone does not establish the failed part.
