No. Select the handset's complete name and the specific listed repair before booking.
What if my Huawei repair is not shown?
Ask us to check the model and fault first. A missing repair option is not confirmation that another model's part will fit.
Does a Huawei battery have the same warranty as a screen?
A battery replacement has 6 months of cover. Standard screen repairs have 12 months; the warranty applies to the work carried out.
Will a hardware repair add Google Play to my Huawei?
No. A screen or battery replacement is not a service to add Google apps or change the software the handset shipped with. Tell us about account and application requirements separately so you do not buy hardware work for a software problem.
Is a P30 still worth repairing?
Compare the exact repair price with the value of keeping your familiar handset and the cost of replacing it. Tell us about any other faults first. If several repairs are needed, consider the complete quote rather than the screen price alone.
Are your Huawei replacement batteries genuine?
Huawei battery replacements use genuine batteries under our parts policy. Choose your exact handset and check the selected battery service for its current timing. A battery included in a particular screen assembly does not mean every Huawei screen repair includes one.
Before booking your Huawei repair

With your permission and the device access you allow, we check the repaired function and other functions accessible to us before return.
Use the full Huawei model name rather than just P30 or Mate as a family description. Search the finder before choosing the screen, battery or charging service. Ask us about a missing model instead of booking a neighbouring handset.
Read the chosen Huawei display description for the assembly being replaced and any included components. Do not assume every display repair includes a battery because a particular offer does. Current prices belong to the selected repair, not an old price list.
Huawei battery replacements use genuine batteries. A handset that will not start may need assessment rather than an immediate battery booking. Describe the symptoms and any previous work so that the repair scope can be checked.
Our product-linked repair history includes P30, P30 Pro and P30 Lite screen work. These names do not describe one interchangeable screen. Include Lite or Pro in the model search and check the chosen assembly; a battery included with one display offer is not included with every Huawei screen repair.
