What if several keys stop responding?
Explain which keys fail and whether the fault is intermittent. Request assessment rather than booking a display repair unless the display is the identified fault.
Can I post an older BlackBerry without checking first?
Confirm the precise model and required work before sending it. A listing for another BlackBerry does not establish part availability for yours.
Can you replace a KEYone screen?
Use the KEYone screen route in the finder and check its current parts arrangement. KEYone and KEY2 are separate devices. Report keyboard faults or frame damage as well as the cracked display so any additional work can be discussed.
Will replacing the screen restore old BlackBerry apps?
A hardware repair is not a service to restore discontinued applications, accounts or network support. Tell us which function you need before booking. We should agree whether the proposed hardware work can address your actual requirement.
Should I repair a BlackBerry with a physical keyboard?
Consider whether keeping that keyboard and your familiar device is worth the quoted repair cost. Check current parts arrangements and describe all faults. A working display does not by itself guarantee continued support for every app or online service.

Use the exact model name in your enquiry. Screen, battery and charging repairs listed for one keyboard handset are not a substitute for another. Select the service attached to your own BlackBerry in the finder.
Tell us whether the issue affects physical keys, screen touch, charging or the picture. Do not assume a screen replacement includes keyboard work. If the listed service does not cover the symptom, request an assessment.
Describe any network, account or software problem separately from physical damage. A hardware repair is not a promise that an old online service or application will work. Ask us to assess the actual requirement before paying for a replacement component.
