What to expect from every repair.

No routine data wipe

We don’t wipe devices as a matter of course. Only when the repair genuinely requires it, and we’ll tell you in advance.

Clear repair options

We explain what’s wrong and what your options are before any work begins. No surprises, no work without your go-ahead.

Tested before return

Every repaired function is tested before your device leaves the workshop. If something isn’t right, we fix it first.

Warranty included

All repairs carry a warranty as standard: 12 months on screens and most parts, 6 months on batteries.

Common questions.

Many repairs are completed the same day. Most screen and battery replacements take 1-2 hours. Repairs requiring parts we need to order may take 2-4 working days. We'll give you an accurate timeline before starting.

All repairs carry a 12-month warranty on parts and labour. Battery replacements have a 6-month warranty. If the same fault reoccurs within the warranty period, we'll fix it at no extra charge.

No. We don't perform routine data wipes. Screen replacements, battery swaps, charging port repairs and most hardware jobs do not require us to access or wipe your data. If a repair does require a factory reset, we'll tell you before any work begins.

Yes. We offer a tracked mail-in repair service for customers across the UK. Pack your device securely, send it to our Liverpool Street workshop, and we'll return it once the repair is complete and tested.

Yes. We repair iPhones, iPads, MacBooks, Samsung, Google Pixel, OnePlus, Motorola, Huawei, Sony, Nokia, Xiaomi and more. Use the repair finder at the top of this page to check availability for your specific device and model.

If we carry out a diagnosis and the device isn't repairable, or you decide not to proceed, the diagnosis fee is all you pay. We won't carry out any chargeable work without your explicit go-ahead.
