No. Screen, battery and charging repairs do not include a factory reset as standard. We still recommend backing up before any repair.

Yes. We offer UK-wide tracked mail-in for all supported models. Place your order online and we return the device by secure tracked post after repair.
Many common screen and battery repairs are completed same day when parts are in stock. Mail-in repairs are assessed and completed quickly after arrival.
Screen, charging and camera repairs carry a 12-month warranty. Battery replacements carry a 6-month warranty. Warranty covers the repair carried out.
