Our story
A proper repair workshop, not a phone-shop counter
Square Repair was founded in 2015 with one goal: give device owners in London a repair service they could actually trust. Not a high-street kiosk, not a one-person operation — a dedicated workshop with the tools, parts and experience to do the job properly.
We're based at Spaces House on New Broad Street, a two-minute walk from Liverpool Street station. Customers walk in, mail devices to us from anywhere in the UK, or arrange a courier pickup. Whatever route works for you.
We specialise in iPhones, iPads, MacBooks, Samsung Galaxy, Google Pixel and other Android devices. From screen replacements and battery swaps to charging ports, back glass and logic board work — if it can be fixed, we'll fix it.
12-month warranty on parts & labour
Every screen and port repair is covered for 12 months. Same fault recurs — we fix it at no charge.
Same-day repairs where possible
Screens, batteries and charging ports for common models are typically done in 1–3 hours.
Transparent, fixed pricing
You get a price before any work starts. If we can't fix it, you don't pay.
Walk-in, post or courier pickup
Visit us at Liverpool Street, send your device by post, or we'll arrange collection from you.
