We offer two options for the iPhone 13 Pro (6.1-inch Super Retina XDR ProMotion OLED). The Soft OLED (Aftermarket) is a quality aftermarket OLED that restores core display function on the 13 Pro, including brightness and touch response. 12-month warranty included. The Genuine Apple Display is a original Apple Super Retina XDR ProMotion OLED with factory 120Hz adaptive refresh, True Tone and colour accuracy. 12-month warranty included. For the full ProMotion 120Hz, the Genuine Apple Display is the recommended choice. If you are unsure which to choose, we will recommend the right option when you drop in.
Will Face ID still work after a iPhone 13 Pro screen replacement?
Yes. Face ID on the iPhone 13 Pro uses the TrueDepth camera system, which sits above the display and is completely separate from the screen assembly. Screen replacement does not affect Face ID, the TrueDepth sensors or biometric unlock in any way. We verify Face ID is fully functional as part of our post-repair test before the device is returned to you.
How long does a iPhone 13 Pro screen replacement take?
Most iPhone 13 Pro screen replacements are completed on the same day, subject to parts availability and workload. Walk-in customers are typically seen within a few hours. Mail-in customers receive their device back the next working day after the repair is complete. We will contact you before starting if anything unexpected is found during assessment.
Can I walk in without booking for a iPhone 13 Pro screen repair?
Yes. Walk-in customers are welcome at our workshop near Liverpool Street Station during opening hours. You can also book online to reserve a specific slot. For mail-in repairs from elsewhere in the UK, please place your order online so we can track the device from arrival.
What warranty is included with the iPhone 13 Pro screen replacement?
All iPhone 13 Pro screen replacements include a 12-month warranty on the fitted display. This covers the screen against manufacturing defect and failure under normal use. Physical damage, accidental damage and liquid ingress are not covered. If you have any issue with the fitted screen within the warranty period, bring the device back and we will assess it.
