Warranty
Inner and outer screen repairs carry a 3-month warranty. Battery replacements carry 6 months; charging-port and camera-module repairs carry 12 months. Back glass and camera lens glass have no warranty. The applicable warranty covers the fitted part and workmanship, excluding accidental and liquid damage.
Before your repair
Back up important data where possible. A factory reset is not normally needed for a hardware repair. If Maintenance Mode is available and you can access Settings, enable it before handing over the device. It helps keep your personal data hidden during testing, but does not replace a backup. Tell us if damage prevents you enabling it.
If a layer on the folding screen is lifting or bubbling, ask us to inspect it before attempting to remove it. Do not assume a screen replacement will resolve hinge, liquid-damage or board faults.
