The Square Repair repair return policy:
Repair warranty cover starts when you receive your repaired device back. The period depends on the repair:
- Standard hardware repairs and foldable outer cover screens: 12 months.
- Batteries: 6 months.
- Inner folding screens and board repairs: 3 months.
Diagnosis, back glass, back cover and camera lens glass replacements carry no repair warranty. The cover applies to the part we installed and the repair we carried out. Customer damage and unrelated faults are not covered. Check the selected repair and your repair documentation for the applicable terms.
Receive Your Repaired Item Back:
Once we receive your defective item, it will be expedited through our London diagnosis and repair department to quickly resolve the issue. We will contact you with our findings, and our warranty covers only parts that we installed, not additional problems. Warranty does not cover customer damage.
We only offer a tracked returns service via royal mail if you are unable to return the device in person.
We'll locate the issue, correct it, and get it back into your hands via overnight shipping at no additional cost to you. If no fault is found on our part a diagnosis fee of £15 (plus return shipping) is required. That's all there is to it!
