      What cover applies to an iPad repair?

      Screen and charging-port repairs carry 12 months, batteries 6 months and board-level repairs 3 months. Diagnosis itself has no repair warranty.

      Do I need glass or LCD work on my iPad 9?

      A clear picture behind cracked glass may need glass and touch work. Lines, black patches or a missing image also require the display to be assessed. Both layers can be damaged, so we confirm the scope rather than choosing a repair on appearance alone.

      Should I bring my Apple Pencil?

      Tell us which Pencil you use and whether it currently works with the iPad. Bring it if you want its behaviour included in the agreed checks. Testing depends on access you permit and the repair option selected for the exact iPad.

      An iPad Pro name or an 11-inch screen size alone is not a complete model identification. Use the A-number alongside the generation in the finder. Keep the full model detail when asking about an iPad Air, mini or Pro.

      iPad 9: glass and touch versus LCD

      On the iPad 9, the glass and touch layer is separate from the LCD beneath it. A clear picture behind cracked glass may need glass and touch work; lines, dark patches or a missing picture need assessment of the LCD too. We confirm the damaged parts before the repair.

      iPad Pro and Air displays

      Many Pro and Air models use a bonded display assembly. Do not apply the iPad 9 glass-only choice to a different generation. Match the A-number and choose the repair actually listed for that iPad. If you use an Apple Pencil, tell us so we can agree the relevant checks.
