This service replaces the cracked rear glass cover of your Google Pixel 11 Pro with a genuine Google back-cover service part. Choose your phone’s colour before continuing. Display, frame and internal camera repairs are not included.
We check the cover fit and basic phone operation after fitting. These symptoms do not confirm a diagnosis. If the fault needs different work, we explain the options before proceeding.
Parts and fitting
Parts are ordered after payment and normally arrive in 1 working day, subject to supplier availability. This is the parts lead time, not a promise that your repair will be finished the next day. We confirm the fitting appointment after the part arrives. Where offered in the booking options, 2 Hour Express applies to fitting after arrival. Return delivery for postal repairs takes additional time.
Before your repair
Check that your phone is the Google Pixel 11 Pro in Settings > About phone. Back up important data before handing it over, and tell us about liquid damage, previous repairs or other faults. A repair cannot guarantee that your data will be preserved.
Warranty
Back-glass replacement carries no warranty.
Arrange your repair
Choose the available repair and service options above to arrange a workshop visit or UK postal repair. You can book a visit to discuss the repair, but payment is required before parts are ordered or work starts. A visit booking does not reserve a fitting slot before the parts arrive.
Frequently Asked Questions
How long does this repair take?
The required part is ordered for your Google Pixel 11 Pro once the repair is paid for. It normally arrives in 1 working day, then a 2-hour fitting slot can be used where available.
Can I walk in or post the device?
Yes. You can visit us near Liverpool Street Station or use our UK mail-in service.
Is this repair covered by a warranty?
No. Back glass and rear-cover glass replacements do not carry a warranty because the repaired component is glass.
Will my data be affected?
This is a hardware repair and does not normally affect your data. We still recommend keeping a current backup where possible.
What happens if you find another fault?
We stop and contact you before carrying out work beyond the repair you authorised.
