iPod Diagnosis
Use this diagnosis service when your iPod fault is unclear or requires inspection before a repair can be confirmed.
What this service includes
- Initial inspection and testing
- Fault confirmation where possible
- Repair quote before any further paid repair work
- No data wipe as part of normal diagnosis
Turnaround is usually 1–2 working days once we have the device.
The diagnosis fee covers inspection and testing and is payable whether or not you proceed with a repair.
Before you book
- If the device has been exposed to liquid, tell us before booking. Liquid damage can affect components beyond the repair being requested, and we will inspect and advise before starting any work.
- If the device has been previously opened, we will check and flag anything unusual before starting.
- If the device is completely unresponsive, we recommend a diagnosis first.
