The MacBook 12-inch A1534 has a 12-inch Retina IPS display running at 2304 x 1440 at 226 pixels per inch. The compact, fanless design makes it one of the most portable MacBooks Apple has made, but the display assembly is closely integrated with the slim chassis. A cracked or failed panel removes access to that sharp, high-resolution image quality that makes the 12-inch MacBook worth using. We replace the display panel to restore the original screen to its full specification.

About the display panel repair

On the MacBook 12-inch A1534, the display panel sits within the lid assembly alongside the camera, microphone and Wi-Fi antenna. We replace the panel itself rather than the full lid. After fitting, we verify the display for brightness uniformity, colour accuracy and correct pixel rendering before returning the machine.
