How to confirm your model
Check the model number in your device settings, or bring it in and we will confirm the exact iPhone 7 Plus before any work begins. If you are unsure which repair you need, our team will advise.
Before you book
- If we discover water damage during your repair that affects the work, we will stop and let you know. A water damage diagnosis is applicable at the current fee, and we will confirm this with you before we proceed.
- If there is any sign of liquid inside, a screen alone may not fix everything, and we confirm first.
- If the frame is bent the new screen may not sit perfectly flat, and we will tell you before starting.
- If touch was already patchy before the glass cracked, that can be a separate fault we will test for.

Frequently Asked Questions
How do I know whether my iPhone 7 Plus needs a screen repair?
Cracks, black patches, coloured lines, flickering or failed touch usually indicate damage to the display assembly. We confirm the fault before fitting the replacement.
What is the difference between the screen options?
The options shown on the product page can differ by colour and quality. Choose the option that matches the exact model and read the option description before booking.
Will fingerprint or face recognition work after the repair?
We test available biometric functions after fitting. Existing sensor, board or calibration faults are separate from the screen repair and may need further diagnosis.
How long does the repair take?
This product is set up for same-day fitting. Book before travelling so we can confirm the repair slot and the current part availability.
Can I use the walk-in or mail-in service?
Yes. You can book a walk-in visit near Liverpool Street Station or send the device using the UK mail-in service.
What warranty is included?
The completed screen repair includes a 12-month warranty covering the fitted part and workmanship, subject to the warranty terms.
