      Genuine Samsung screen repair

      We replace the damaged display with a genuine Samsung display and touch assembly. This option does not include a colour-matched frame, so no colour selection is needed. We inspect the existing housing and confirm any additional damage before proceeding.

      What is included

      • Touch response, image quality and brightness testing
      • Checks of the earpiece, sensors and fingerprint function where possible
      • 12-month warranty on the fitted part and workmanship, excluding accidental or liquid damage

      Parts and fitting

      We order the part after payment. It normally arrives in one working day, subject to supplier availability and working-day dispatch. We then contact you to arrange fitting. Express is a faster fitting slot after the part arrives; it does not speed up delivery.

      Before you book

      Back up your data before handing over the device. If we find liquid damage, a damaged housing or another fault, we will explain any additional work and obtain your agreement first.

      Visit us near Liverpool Street or use our UK mail-in service. Return postage is charged separately and selected during booking.
