Can I arrange an older HTC screen replacement?
Check the listed screen option and confirm parts arrangements for that handset. An older model may require a specific enquiry before the visit.
What warranty does an HTC battery have?
Battery replacement carries 6 months. That covers the battery repair, not unrelated faults in an older handset.
What should I send for an HTC repair quote?
Include the full handset name, any model code, the fault and when it started. A photo of damage can help. Those details let us check the repair route and parts arrangement before you visit or send an older phone.
Does this page cover HTC VR headsets?

Before booking your HTC repair
Repair warranty varies: standard hardware and foldable outer screens 12 months, batteries 6 months, inner folding screens and board repairs 3 months; exclusions apply. Full warranty terms
With your permission and the device access you allow, we check the repaired function and other functions accessible to us before return.
Include the full One-series name or HTC 10 identification when asking for help. Similar aluminium cases do not identify the repair part. The finder separates the supported HTC models and their available work.
Use the HTC 10 battery service for an identified battery fault and check its current arrangement. A phone that cannot start may have another cause, so describe its behaviour rather than assuming a replacement battery will solve it.
Some HTC entries list screens but not every component service. Choose the work shown for your exact model. Ask about a missing charging or other repair before sending the handset.
One M8 and M9 have separate repair listings. Keep the full model name when describing glass damage, an unreadable display or touch that no longer responds. Include the condition of the frame and any charging symptoms so a screen enquiry does not hide other work that needs assessment.
Requesting an older HTC part
Send the complete model name, a model code if available and a photo of the damage. Confirm the required work before posting. A past repair on an HTC 10 or One-series phone does not guarantee that every part is available for every older HTC.
