Do I need to know the exact model?
It helps, but it is not essential. The model number on the underside of your MacBook usually starts with A, such as A2337, A2681 or A2442.
Can I mail in my MacBook?
Yes. You can use our UK wide mail in service if you are not able to visit our London repair centre.
