We assess liquid-damaged iPads and tablets near Liverpool Street Station in London, with walk-in drop-off and UK mail-in available. This is an inspection and assessment service. It does not guarantee that the tablet will be repairable.

Water damage diagnosis turnaround
Water damage diagnosis takes a minimum of 3 working days once we have the device. Severe corrosion, intermittent faults, or board-level symptoms can take longer to assess. We will tell you what we have found before carrying out any further paid repair work.
What to do before sending or bringing the tablet in
- Do not keep charging the tablet after liquid exposure
- Do not use heat, hairdryers, ovens, or rice to try to dry it out
- Switch the device off if it is still on and safe to do so
- Remove cases, covers, and accessories before posting or dropping it in
- If the device still works, back it up before booking
Data and privacy
We do not factory reset your device as part of a normal hardware inspection. With liquid-damaged tablets, data access depends on the condition of the logic board, storage, power circuit, and display. If data is the priority, tell us before assessment so we can advise on the safest route.
