How to confirm your model
Check the model number in your device settings, or bring it in and we will confirm the exact iPhone 12 Mini before any work begins. If you are unsure which repair you need, our team will advise.
Before you book
- If we discover water damage during your repair that affects the work, we will stop and let you know. A water damage diagnosis is applicable at the current fee, and we will confirm this with you before we proceed.
- Try a different cable and charger first, as a faulty lead can imitate a port fault.
- If the phone charges fine but drains fast, a battery may be the better fix.
- If the fault followed a spill, a water-damage check is the safer first step.

Frequently Asked Questions
How do I know whether the iPhone 12 Mini charging port is faulty?
Intermittent charging, a loose connection, failure to connect to a computer or a cable that only works at an angle can indicate a charging-port fault. We inspect it before replacement.
Could the port only need cleaning?
Yes. Compacted debris can prevent a cable seating correctly. We check for contamination and confirm whether cleaning or component replacement is appropriate.
Will the repair affect my data?
No. Charging-port repair is a hardware procedure and does not normally require a factory reset. A recent backup is still recommended.
How long does the repair take?
This product is set up for same-day fitting. Book before travelling so we can confirm the repair slot and the current part availability.
Can I use the walk-in or mail-in service?
Yes. Book a walk-in visit near Liverpool Street Station or use the UK mail-in service from elsewhere in the country.
What warranty is included?
The completed charging-port repair includes a 12-month warranty covering the fitted part and workmanship, subject to the warranty terms.
