How to confirm your model
Check the model number in your device settings, or bring it in and we will confirm the exact iPhone 16 Pro before any work begins. If you are unsure which repair you need, our team will advise.
Before you book
- If the frame is bent the new screen may not sit perfectly flat, and we will tell you before starting.
- If there is any sign of liquid inside, a screen alone may not fix everything, and we confirm first.
- If touch was already patchy before the glass cracked, that can be a separate fault we will test for.

Frequently Asked Questions
How long does an iPhone 16 Pro screen replacement take?
Most iPhone 16 Pro screen replacements are completed the same day when your chosen display option is in stock, often within a couple of hours of dropping in at our Liverpool Street workshop. Because the 16 Pro uses a bonded display assembly set into a Grade 5 titanium frame, we work carefully around the Face ID flex and the frame to keep everything aligned and properly sealed. If a Genuine Apple display has to be ordered in, or we find wider damage during inspection, we confirm a realistic timeframe with you before any work begins.
Check current lead times and reserve a slot on our booking page.
How do I know it is the screen and not another fault?
If the glass is cracked, the panel shows lines, a green tint, flicker or dead patches, or touch has stopped responding while the phone still powers on, the display assembly is almost always the cause. On the iPhone 16 Pro the Super Retina XDR OLED panel and the touch digitiser sit within one assembly, so cracked glass and touch problems are usually resolved by the same replacement. If the phone will not power on, has been exposed to liquid, or shows more than one symptom at once, a short diagnosis confirms the fault before you commit to a repair.
If you are not certain, it is worth booking a quick diagnosis first.
What is the difference between the Standard OLED and Genuine Apple display options?
Standard OLED is a high-quality replacement that restores full touch, brightness and everyday performance at a lower cost, while the Genuine Apple display is an original Apple panel for customers who want a like-for-like factory part. Both are fitted and calibrated by our technicians, and both carry the same 12-month warranty. The Genuine Apple option keeps native features such as True Tone behaving most consistently, whereas Standard OLED is the popular choice for strong day-to-day quality at better value. You select your option using the screen selector at the top of this page.
See how we fit and test each option on our how we work page.
Will Face ID, ProMotion and the Always-On display still work after the repair?
Yes. A screen replacement does not remove Face ID, and we test it alongside ProMotion and the Always-On display before your iPhone 16 Pro is returned. Face ID depends on the TrueDepth sensors housed in the Dynamic Island rather than the glass itself, so it is preserved as long as those sensors and their flex cables are undamaged. As standard we also check 120Hz scrolling, Always-On dimming, brightness, True Tone and the proximity sensor after fitting.
Every one of these functions is checked and confirmed before your device is handed back.
Will my data be wiped during the repair?
No. An iPhone 16 Pro screen replacement is a hardware-only repair and does not require us to wipe or factory reset your device, so your photos, apps, messages and settings stay exactly as they are. We still recommend keeping a recent iCloud or computer backup before any repair, simply as good practice in case the device has damage beyond the screen. Nothing about the screen procedure itself touches your storage.
Battery fading too? Many customers add an iPhone 16 Pro battery replacement at the same visit.
What warranty is included with the iPhone 16 Pro screen repair?
Every iPhone 16 Pro screen replacement includes a 12-month warranty covering both the fitted display and our workmanship. If a fault develops with the part or the fitting within that period, we put it right at no extra cost to you. The warranty does not cover fresh accidental or impact damage, liquid exposure or an unrelated fault that appears later, and we always explain the cover clearly before you book.
