      How do I know if my iPhone screen needs replacing?

If the display is completely black but the phone still rings or vibrates when called, the display itself has likely failed rather than the phone as a whole.

      What is the difference between Standard OLED, Premium OLED, and Genuine Apple?

      Standard OLED is a quality aftermarket display suitable for everyday use. Premium OLED is a higher-grade aftermarket panel with closer colour accuracy to the original Apple display. Genuine Apple is the original Apple-supplied part, preserving True Tone calibration and all native display features. Not every option is available on every iPhone model. Your model page shows which tiers apply to your specific device.

      Will my data and Face ID be safe during the repair?

      Yes. Screen replacement is a hardware-only procedure that does not affect your stored data, apps, or accounts. Face ID is stored in the Secure Enclave chip rather than the display and is not affected by a screen replacement. Touch ID on older iPhone models is linked to the home button, not the screen, so it also remains unaffected.

      How long does an iPhone screen repair take?

      Most iPhone screen replacements are completed the same day at our Liverpool Street workshop, subject to parts availability and workload on the day. We stock screens for a wide range of current and recent iPhone models. If your model requires a part to be sourced, we will let you know before you leave the device with us.

      Do I need to book in advance?

      Walk-ins are welcome at our workshop near Liverpool Street Station during opening hours. You can also book a confirmed time slot in advance via our online booking page. For mail-in repairs from outside London, place your order online and post your device to us using a tracked service.

      What warranty is included with an iPhone screen replacement?

      Every iPhone screen replacement carries a 12-month warranty covering the fitted display and workmanship. This does not cover accidental damage, cracks, or liquid exposure after the repair is completed.
