Common Mate 50 repairs

Only a combined screen and battery assembly is currently available for the Mate 50, so this is the only repair we offer for this model at present.
Common problems we fix
Cracked glass, an unresponsive display or a black screen are the most common Mate 50 faults we see. The Mate 50 uses USB-C charging and a under-display optical fingerprint sensor, both checked as part of every repair.
Walk-in and mail-in repairs

If you are outside London, you can post your Mate 50 to us using our UK-wide mail-in service, and we will return it by tracked post once the repair is complete.
