Common P50 Pro repairs

Screen Replacement: genuine display and battery assembly, 12-month warranty

Only a combined screen and battery assembly is currently available for the P50 Pro, so this is the only repair we offer for this model at present.

Common problems we fix

Cracked glass, an unresponsive display or a black screen are the most common P50 Pro faults we see. The P50 Pro uses USB-C charging and a under-display optical fingerprint sensor, both checked as part of every repair.

Walk-in and mail-in repairs

Our workshop is at 35 New Broad Street, near Liverpool Street Station in the City of London, and walk-ins are welcome during opening hours. If you are outside London, you can post your P50 Pro to us using our UK-wide mail-in service, and we will return it by tracked post once the repair is complete.
