- If the frame is bent or the device has been previously opened, let us know before booking
- If liquid damage has occurred, book a diagnosis first, back glass replacement alone may not resolve all issues
- We cannot guarantee the original IP68 rating is maintained after a third-party repair and advise avoiding submersion after repair
