How do I know if the fault is the iPhone 14 Plus charging port and not a cable or adapter issue?

Before booking, try at least two different cables and power adapters, including a known working set from another device. If the iPhone 14 Plus still will not charge, or charges only when the cable is held at a specific angle, the port is the most likely fault. Wireless Qi charging and MagSafe are not affected by a port fault. If wireless charging is working, that confirms the fault is isolated to the port. If the device charges fine wirelessly but not via Lightning, that points clearly to the port.
