      3. We arrange fitting once the required part is ready. Where offered, 2 Hour Express describes fitting at the confirmed appointment after the part has arrived.
      4. For mail-in, turnaround starts once both the device and the part have arrived. Return delivery is separate.
      5. We fit and test the screen, then return your device by collection or your selected return-postage service.

      Warranty and repair limits

      The screen repair carries a 12-month warranty on the fitted part and workmanship, subject to our warranty terms. Accidental damage, liquid damage and unrelated faults are not covered. Existing frame, biometric or board faults may need separate work.

      • Screen Only reuses the existing frame. We check its condition and advise before proceeding if damage makes it unsuitable.
