Check battery health in Settings, General, About on your iPad 10 to see the current maximum capacity.

Before you book
- If the chassis is bent or the device has been previously opened, we will advise on any complications before starting
- If there has been liquid exposure, a battery replacement may not resolve all issues. We confirm our findings before proceeding
- If the screen is lifting slightly, book as soon as possible. This can indicate a swollen battery that needs urgent attention
- If the device is completely dead, we carry out a diagnosis before confirming the repair

What warranty does the battery replacement come with?
Every battery replacement carries a 6-month warranty from the date of repair. This covers the replacement battery and charging function. All other repairs carry a 12-month warranty.
