How It Works
- Book or walk in – Book online or come to our workshop at 35 New Broad Street, EC2M 1NH.
- Replacement – The technician accesses the battery through the rear panel, replaces the HB486486ECW cell and reseals the chassis.
- Test and return – We confirm charging function, capacity and heat levels before returning the handset. Typical time: 1–2 hours.
Before You Book
- Charging fault first – If your P30 Pro is not charging at all, the issue may be the USB-C port rather than the battery. We will confirm this before any work begins.
- Liquid damage – Pre-existing water damage can affect battery performance independently of the cell. Let us know at the time of booking.
