How It Works
- Book or walk in – Book online or come directly to our workshop at 35 New Broad Street, EC2M 1NH during opening hours. No appointment required for walk-ins.
- Repair – Your technician removes the rear glass, replaces the full display assembly and battery, and reassembles the handset using the correct adhesive.
- Test and collect – We run a full check covering display brightness, touch accuracy, camera, audio, charging and Face ID before handing the phone back. Typical time: 1–2 hours.
Before You Book
- Bent frame – If your phone was dropped hard enough to bend the chassis, the new assembly may not seat correctly. We will assess this on arrival and let you know before starting work.
- Liquid damage – Pre-existing water ingress can complicate the repair. If your phone has been in contact with liquid, let us know when booking. A diagnosis may be required first.
- No power – If the phone will not switch on at all, book a diagnosis service first so we can confirm the fault before ordering parts.
