      Repair context

      iPad screen repairs are not all the same job.

      Some iPads use separate glass and LCD parts. Others use laminated display assemblies. That changes the repair route, part cost and turnaround, so the model finder matters.

      Laminated vs non-laminated

      iPad Air and Pro models often use a different display structure from standard iPads.

      Battery checks first

      Swelling, overheating and shutdown faults should be checked before forcing the device back into use.

      Charging faults vary

      Repair options and pricing

      Choose your exact model and fault to see current repair prices, options and availability. Screen repairs, battery replacements and charging repairs are separate services. We confirm the scope before work starts; an uncertain fault needs diagnosis before a repair quote.

      Broken glass with a working image may need a different repair from lines, black patches or a blank display. On supported models, the repair page separates glass and touch, LCD, and combined repairs.

      Repair warranty

      Standard hardware repairs, including camera module repairs, carry a 12-month warranty. Battery replacements carry 6 months. Foldable inner and outer screens and board repairs carry 3 months.

      Diagnosis, software repair, data recovery, back-glass, other back-cover and camera-lens-glass repairs carry no repair warranty. Camera lens glass is the protective glass, not the camera module. Housing and frame replacements carry a 12-month warranty. Warranty applies to the work carried out; check the selected repair for its scope.

      Timing, walk-in and mail-in

      Same-day fitting depends on the repair and parts being in stock. An ordered part must arrive before fitting. Check the selected repair for its current lead time.

      Where offered, 2 Hour Express is a fitting slot, not a parts-delivery promise. If Express is unavailable for your chosen repair, it remains unavailable after parts arrive. Diagnosis and board repairs are not Express services.

      Visit near Liverpool Street, London, Monday to Friday. We are closed at weekends. You can also arrange UK-wide mail-in. Mail-in repairs normally take 1 to 3 working days, starting when we receive your device. Contact us before sending a device with a swollen or damaged battery; do not post it.

      Choosing and arranging your repair

      Check the exact model before booking. On phones, look in Settings > About Phone; on an iPhone or iPad, look in Settings > General > About. The case, packaging or device label may also show a model number. If you are unsure, contact us before choosing a repair.

      Camera, speaker, microphone and button faults need the model-specific repair route. Connectivity, software, liquid damage and devices that will not turn on may need diagnosis first. We confirm the fault, any additional work and its cost before proceeding. We test the repaired functions before collection or return.

      Normal screen, battery and charging repairs do not include a factory reset as standard. Back up important data where possible. Software work and storage replacement may require a restore; discuss the data requirements before booking.
